All of our product images are professionally photographed. Even so, the colour you see can vary slightly depending on lighting conditions during the shoot, your screen settings, and the device you are viewing on.
Many of our pieces are finished by hand. Minor variations in tone, stone placement or finish are natural, and are a mark of handcrafted work rather than a defect.
If a piece arrives and something looks genuinely wrong, write to us within 24 hours — we'll make it right.
If this happens, we will contact you directly rather than leaving you to discover it. We're happy to suggest a close alternative, or hold your order until the piece returns.
