How long does TARA MINI take to reply?
Within 24 working hours. Our support desk reads every email and WhatsApp message Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships. If it hasn't reached you, send your order number to info@taramini.com and we'll share live status the same day.
Can I exchange or return a piece?
Yes — unworn pieces in their original packaging. Write to us with your order number and a photograph, and we'll open the request for you.
Do you help with bridal, gifting or bulk orders?
We do. Share your occasion, quantity and timeline, and our styling team will curate a selection from our gifting and bridal edits.
